Subscription & Pricing Terms

Free analysis

You can run a free analysis without an account. After creating an account, your first full reply is unlocked. Continued use of premium features requires an active subscription.

Plans and pricing

• Weekly: $6.99 per week, billed every 7 days.
• Yearly: $49.99 per year, billed every 12 months.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which Stripe will add at checkout where required.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

Free trial (if offered)

If your plan includes a free trial, we will send a reminder email before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.

Payment processor

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing 5-messages@support.app. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify you in advance and the new price will take effect on your next renewal.
