Subscriptions and Billing
Communications AI is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing period (weekly or yearly, depending on your plan) until you cancel. We send a reminder before your free trial ends so you have time to decide.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing 5-messages@support.app. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period. We make cancellation simple and available at any time.
Refunds
Because you can cancel at any time before your next billing date, we do not provide refunds for subscription charges — including charges that occur because a renewal was not cancelled in time. It is your responsibility to cancel before a billing period begins if you do not wish to be charged. Once a billing period has started, that period is non-refundable, and access continues for the remainder of the period you paid for.
We encourage you to cancel as soon as you decide the service isn't right for you, so you're never charged for a period you don't intend to use.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only where required by applicable law, or in the case of a verified billing error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge). To report a billing error, contact 5-messages@support.app within 14 days of the charge.
